Hooking Up Anglers Since 2011.
Most of the boats have been reef fishing the past few days and it's been a steady bite of fish. The air temps dropped down to the mid 60's today and the winds were 12 - 15 knots out of the North. A few days ago the Reel McCoy had a rigger full of release flags when they caught and released 8 islamorada sailfish. The Catch 22 also released a sailfish that day too. Yesterday both the Bn'M and Kalex released 2 sails. The Kalex also had 30 yellowtail snapper in the morning. The Bn'M had a keeper black grouper and a keeper king mackerel, as well as some short fish. Today both the Reel McCoy and Relentless each caught and released 3 sailfish. The Kalex had 4 releases as well as a huge 18 lb mutton snapper! and a 15 lb blackfin tuna. The Catch 22 went on a daytime swordfishing trip and caught a fish in the 90 - 100 lb range. The Bn'M went out to the hump and got in on a nice bite of blackfin tuna from 5 - 23 lbs, and also caught a 30 lb amberjack and a 50 lb silky shark. Book your Florida Keys Fishing Charter Soon!
