March and April fishing has finally arrived. It has been a long winter, with virtually no good weather and not too many fishermen interested in catch and release. With Easter just around the corner, we are scheduling some trips in the month of March to accommodate our Spring Break visitors. March is still mostly catch and release, however a few species that you may see caught that you may keep are trigger fish, sharks, porgies, and maybe even some jacks and flounder. For those who want to be able to keep beeliners, this fishery opens up on April 1. We are looking forward to sailing again this year with all of our familiar customers, and are looking forward to those who have never given deep sea fishing a try. Cpt. George Strate is the longest running party boat captain in northeast Florida, with a great boat to enhance your day of fun in search of the big one.
