Hooking Up Anglers Since 2011.
The local rivers running into the Bay have been producing some quality bream and occasional mulloway for anglers lately. The Yarra river has also produced a few solid pinkies around the Warmies section of the river.
One of the most highly anticipated lures is in stock at the moment, but hurry if you are after them as they are nearly sold out already! The crab is available in a variety of colours, and has an extremely lifelike profile and action. Already labelled one of the best bream lures to have come out, these lures will surely account for a few fish in their time.
Customer Jordan has had a couple of good sessions fishing the new Crab. Jordan has been fishing a few of the local estuaries including the Patto, which has been a bit and miss of late. Dirty water pushing down the river has stirred the fish up a bit, but also brought a bit of food with it. Some school mulloway have also been caught by anglers chasing them and also as bream by-catch. A few of the larger specimens have been up around the 90cm mark. Baits of cuttlefish, squid and mullet seem to be the most productive.
