Ned has been fishing the gulfstream waters off of the Outer Banks of North Carolina for over two decades.  First, as a mate for some of the best tuna fishermen on the east coast. Capt. Ned has been a licensed captain since 1988, and has been operating charter boats year round since. Your Captain has an open bridge policy, and welcomes the opportunity to answer questions about your day aboard the Sea Breeze.   The Sea Breeze is a 58ft. custom built Carolina Sportfisherman, new in 2009 and built by Bobby Sullivan and George Sawyer. She has twin diesel engines that produce 1650hp, which will take you to the fish at over 27kts. The Sea  Breeze will take you to the fishing grounds in A/C or heated comfort and has plenty comfortable bunks. Our electronics are second to none. We are equipped with GPS chart plotter and doppler radar. We also have the ability to track weather and the movement of the gulfstream at any time to make your day with us a safe and productive one.
