Paul Lecesse has been working the waters off New England for more than 35 years. Captain Paul Grew up on Cape Cod and had his first boat when he was 15 years old. He’s been a Coast Guard licensed captain since he was 20 years old. He and his wife Carol founded and operated the original Fisherman’s Outfitter, first in Danvers Ma, then in Gloucester. He provided New England fishermen with both inshore and offshore fishing tackle and equipment, lending his expertise to all through classes, seminars, and articles in local fishing publications and as a writer for Salt Water Sportsman. He has fished primarily in New England; however he has run boats from 20 feet to 65 feet from Maine to Florida, The Bahamas, and Costa Rica. He is best known for his success with Giant Bluefin Tuna. Paul has had many tournament wins over his career and has also sponsored both inshore and offshore tournaments. He’s fished professionally for Boston Whaler, Grady White, Hatteras Yachts and others.
