The forecast for winds were only 7-9mph from 7am-9am but were expected to pick up to over 15 as the day progressed. Body:  The winds let up enough for offshore boats to get out again and we’re finally seeing the Dolphin show up! We had twenty six of our offshore boats out fishing today as the winds finally abated. The came back with quite a wide variety of fish.
