89 (20548) is a gas/oil platform built by Whitney Oil & Gas, LLC and installed on 01/01/1966. The structure was removed on 10/06/2012 and verified as clear on 09/06/2013. Smaller pieces of the structure may still exist and provide habitat for fish, but the main structure no longer exist.
