Haddock fishing was productive on Friday although the Cod were quite hungry as well.

Haddock were voraciously hungry on Sunday!

We have been doing our best to avoid the dogfish.  Luckily there are a lot of nice big haddock around this year.

In the last few days a second wave of dogfish has pushed into the waters from the north. We have shifted to fishing our defensive areas where dogfish tend to be not as prevalent. We are getting some nice big haddock every trip.

Awesome trip yesterday many took home their limit of haddock and cod! Still space left on our marathon trip this week!!

The fish were biting like mad in general but some anglers caught and released 30 cod before catching their first haddock.

We had rough weather on Wednesday but if anything it seemed to make the larger Haddock want to bite.  We had a few nice Pollock and a lot of Cusk as well.

The big spring time April Haddock bite continued on Sunday!   6/0 hooks on 50 pound test mono leaders were met with endlessly hungry Haddock drop after drop.  The bite did slow down in the last hour of the trip but many angle

Great weekend fishing aboard the Elizabeth Marie. Deep sea fishing off of Boston has been great. Good start to the weekend with the Granite City Electric Supply boy out on the EM. Catching about 115 haddock and 80 some odd redfish the boys

Fishing was slow to start but picked up strong around 10:00am after the tide change. A move a little farther north in the afternoon produced larger haddock and pollock.

Thursday started out kind of slow but then by stop # 3 of a 5 stop day it turned into an all out slamathon.  Many anglers got their limit of haddock and cod.

We did 4 drifts today.  Second drift was the best with the biggest haddock.

Haddock catching has been good this week!!

Monday on our first stop the haddock were biting right away.  However the current pulled us off the spot.  We quickly re-anchored up and had a two hour slamathon of hungry haddock.

This weekend didn’t only bring great weather but it also brought great Deep sea fishing. Out of Scituate Massachusetts Elizabeth Marie was on the fish all weekend. Saturday was lights out with the crew from New York. Catching our limit of

All-day fishing has picked up with a mix of cod haddock and a few nice Pollock. We are still seeing lots of shorts mixed in but the take home has been good. The 1/2 day has had great mackerel fishing the past few days and the bass are hitting good. W
