Finger Bank is offshore of Punta La Tinaja and about 50 miles from Cabo San Lucas. There is good striped marlin fishing around Finger Bank, and also a  popular spot to catch Grouper, Roosterfish, Triggerfish, Cabrilla, and Sierra.
