Nearshore Fishing Charleston, SC

The nearshore fishing right now off of Charleston, SC is on fire. Tons of king mackerel, Spanish mackerel and bottom fishing are being caught right now. Kings and spanish can be found anywhere from the jetties to 150ft. The most productive depths have been 40-80ft, while slow trolling live bait. We just wrapped up our red snapper season, and found there to be tons of bottom fish on limestone ledges and live bottom. Get out on the water, and take advantage of the awesome nearshore fishing off of Charleston.
