About Naples Bass Fishing

I am Captain Mark Rogers and I have over 30 years of fishing experience. I grew up in southern California where my dad introduced me to fishing. I learned about deep, clear-water reservoirs and started tournament fishing at 14 years old. Shortly after that, my family moved to Florida. I learned about fishing all of the state’s major lakes and now have over 22 years’ experience fishing Florida. I continued tournament fishing throughout high school and college.I worked my way up the tournament ranks to fishing the Professional levels of FLW and the Bassmaster Elite Series. I competed at that level, the highest and most prestigious in Bass fishing, for 8 years. In between tournaments, I began guiding on a Professional level and have been doing it now for over 10 years. More recently, I am thrilled to be able to enjoy guiding on a full-time basis in the Southwest Florida region. I cover waters on Lake Okeechobee, in the Everglades, Naples, Tampa, and all areas in-between. I am a very adaptable angler. I specialize in artificial lures, but I am also well-versed in live bait. I continue to enjoy fishing local tournaments when the guiding schedule permits.I am always ready to take people out on the water to catch fish and have a good time. Let’s go fishing!
