We departed yesterday morning on our annual Phenix Rods 11 day trip. Our charter master Damian Best passed out a bunch of great give aways and then raffled off a bunch of great prizes. TEAM RP

After dinner we located an area of Bluefin Tuna and tagged several quality fish. Definitely gave these guys a decent last shot to tag a trophy! TRAM RP

We started off today traveling our way closer to home. Just before lunch we got into an area where we had steady action on some fun grade Yellowfin Tuna! We are spending a little time tonight trying for Bluefin Tuna before we have to head for home. TEAM RP

Fished the first half of today and tagged a mix of Yellowtail Yellowfin Tuna Wahoo and more. We are currently driving up the coast and will be fishing in a new area for most of tomorrow. TEAM RP

Epic day of wahoo fishing today! We were stopping on fish pretty steady throughout the day. Tons of action for everyone on the boat. We will spend the night on anchor tonight and try for tuna tomorrow morning. TEAM RP

Great day of Wahoo fishing! We did a lot of driving around but eventually found the fish and made sure everyone has tagged some wahoo. We plan on doing the same thing for the first half of tomorrow before working up. TEAM RP

Scratched away at wahoo for most of the day. Fishing was definitely on the slow side but we will be in a new area tomorrow. TEAM RP

We started off our day with some fun Yellowtail fishing along the coast. We eventually ventured offshore and had some good action on some nice sized mahi and even some wahoo. Tomorrow we will be fishing for wahoo. TEAM RP

Saw plenty of yellowtail in the morning but getting a bite was tough. An afternoon shooter saved the day. We will be trying for more yellowtail tomorrow. TEAM RP

We put another nice day together and added a little variety to the to the trip. We spent the morning fishing tuna and then spent some time trolling for wahoo. We enjoyed a great day of wahoo fishing in beautiful weather. We spent some time tuna fishing in the late afternoon and had good action with a few wahoo mixed in. Try this again tomorrow. TEAM RP 94.6 pound Wahoo
