Fishing has been hot the past few weeks. The boats for the most part are avoiding the dogfish now; we see some but way more keepable fish. Experienced anglers get their limit of haddock some days. Everyone is seeing haddock cod pollock and some lucky anglers are seeing some large white hake.

The Yankee Clipper has been finding the cod and some nice size haddock with them. Anglers that jig have been hooking some cod quite a bit bigger then 23”. We’re running one overnight trip this month Friday – Saturday September 27 – September 28. Sailing to Platts or Cashes.

Magic Charters has the magic to catch the biggest bluefin tuna.

Opening day of Cod saw some nice slob Cod being caught.  Also the usual nice big Haddock and 50 to 60 large Cusk!  Just a handful of Pollock this trip.

Well Thursday we fished hard through some tough conditions with tide running strong and the north east wind cranking.  The intrepid anglers caught a lot of nice Haddock and Cusk.  A few nice Pollock too.

The whole family was happy with their fishing trip with Magic Charters and with their spectacular catch.

Monday we kept em busy reeling up fish all day.

The anglers were busy reeling up Haddock Pollock and Cusk on Thursday.

Tuesday saw great fishing on the clipper.  We tend to have more experienced anglers on the boat on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

Some nice Haddock Reds Cusk Whiting and a few Pollock today.

While it was a bit too hot on land yesterday it was absolutely perfect just an hour away on the water! Fishing was fantastic as well with plenty of haddock whiting and a few sculpin coming up.
