Fishing has been hot the past few weeks. The boats for the most part are avoiding the dogfish now; we see some but way more keepable fish. Experienced anglers get their limit of haddock some days. Everyone is seeing haddock cod pollock and some lucky

Capt Dave reports a tougher day than we have been seeing on the Viking Starship. We had mixed size Porgies with Sea Bass mixed in. There were limits of keeper Sea Bass with no problem. Anglers  also caught a couple of keeper Cod Pollock and Fluk

We had rough weather on Wednesday but if anything it seemed to make the larger Haddock want to bite.  We had a few nice Pollock and a lot of Cusk as well.

Big pollock are coming over the rail on our jig trips. The bite so far turns on fast and cools off. Experienced anglers catch them quick and really load up. Still have some space this Sunday and weather looks good so far.

5/4 and 5/5 on the Yankee Clipper Haddock bite is still steady Sunday was a little slower than usual. A few large pollock and some nice cusk coming over the rail too.

Fishing was slow to start but picked up strong around 10:00am after the tide change. A move a little farther north in the afternoon produced larger haddock and pollock.
