Today we welcomed first time customer Emory Allaire and crew from Orange CT aboard the OCEAN RUNNER. The Ocean Runner was finally back on the fishing grounds after the Nor’easter that sat off the New England coast for 4 days finally moved away.

Anglers are getting some big cod and pollock on jigs. Experienced anglers are seeing 10+ haddock on good days. The dogfish thankfully have been minimal mostly keeper fish coming up. Photos from past few days.

Anglers on the Yankee Clipper are hooking some big pollock and cod on the full day trips. The dogfish are hot and cold some days we have to fish through them and move and other days we barely see them.

Well Thursday we fished hard through some tough conditions with tide running strong and the north east wind cranking.  The intrepid anglers caught a lot of nice Haddock and Cusk.  A few nice Pollock too.

On the Big Time Adventures charter there was a lot of action every stop.  Too much action really because a lot of it was small pollock.  But we got some nice ones too as well as a lot of big Haddock and Cusk.
