We had some great fishing in Islamorada in Late February the past week out of Bud n' Mary's Marina! The sailfish bite sparked up for a few days which was really nice to see. The Catch 22 and Relentless each released 6 one day the Cloud Nine

Tripletail begin appearing throughout most of South West Florida including Fort Myers and Sanibel Island around early March and hang around until early October when the water starts to cool down. Inshore most tripletail average between 3 and 12 lbs.

June brought us the first named storm of 2013 and with it a good shot of rain as well. Nevertheless the warming waters brought redfish trout flounder tripletails jacks ladyfish bluefish sheepshead black drum  King Mackerel black sea bass cobia

Offshore reports have been few and far between with the high winds this past week. More reports coming from the 15 mi. range. Red grouper and amberjacks have been consistent in 100 feet and less. GIANT mangroves (10lb) for example with NO EXCUSES CH
