I keep expecting Guntersville to slow down but it just gets better. I did 2 trips this week and we caught 40 per day with several big fish. The grass is the healthiest I have seen it in a long time and the bass population is at an apex. We caught fish from 2 feet to 20 feet and on every stop. The oldest misconception in fishing is that fish go deep when it's hot or when it's cold. The water temp is in the 90s and the fish are shallow. Fun day today with the regulars started the trip with a 5 banger of tuna. Switched up gears and landed two dozen tiles to 20lbs went on the hunt for popping/jigging fish in afternoon and found the mother lode getting a bunch more. Cool thing was did some BFT finlet sample for the Bluefin Collaboration.
