OFFSHORE-  Fishing has been fairly decent offshore this week: Unfortunately it looks like the weather is going to keep everybody at the dock headed into the weekend.  Sailfish action has been good; with most boats getting at least a few chances and double digit chances not out of the question.  Live baits (Goggle Eyes or small Blue Runners) under the kite are the way to go for the sails.  Best depth on the sails has bounced around; with 150-250' generally being a pretty safe [...]
