OFFSHORE-  Sailfish action remains good offshore; though some days are definitely better than others.  Wind, ocean conditions, and current (which obviously are all tied together) will dictate the action.  Live goggle eyes and blue runners under the kite will no doubt be the best way to go for the sails.  Expect a few dolphin, including some bigger ones, to be mixed in with the sails.  Best depth remains the 120-200' range depending on conditions.  Trolling small bal [...]
