OFFSHORE-  Less than ideal weather and a rough ocean has kept reports to a minimum this week.  Not going to be especially calm this weekend; but conditions do look good for the sailfish to bite.  Wouldn't be surprising to hear about a good number of releases and good numbers of sailfish tailing down the waves.  Live goggle eyes and small blue runners under the kite will be top bait choice for the sails.  Expect a few big dolphin to be mixed in with the sailfish.  Bl [...]
